By creating an account or using QuickResume.xyz ("the Service," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
QuickResume.xyz is a resume-building platform that lets you create, edit, and export resumes and cover letters, with optional AI-powered features (job description optimization, AI writing assistance, LinkedIn profile optimization) available via a credit-based wallet system.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

AI features are designed to rewrite, tailor, and improve content you provide — they are instructed not to invent employers, dates, or achievements you haven't stated. However, AI output can still contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using it, including for accuracy and truthfulness. Submitting a resume or cover letter with false information is your responsibility, not ours.
Certain features require wallet credits, purchased via Cashfree (India) or PayPal (international). Credits do not expire. Full details on pricing, what's free vs. paid, and refund eligibility are in our Usage, Credit & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service (your resume content, personal information, and any text you write or paste). We retain all rights to the Service itself — its software, templates, designs, and branding. You may not copy or redistribute our templates or platform outside of using them to build your own resume.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a security risk to the Service or other users.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in interviews, job offers, or any specific outcome. ATS scoring is an estimate based on common ATS criteria and is not a guarantee of how any specific employer's system will evaluate your resume.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickResume.xyz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost job opportunities or income.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
